Retail Price: $37.95
You Save: $10.00

Harajuku perfume is a collection of addicting fragrances in adorable containers inspired by the attitude and eclectic style of girls in the shopping district of Harajuku, Tokyo. The street scene of this area is an edgy, outrageous location where girls exemplify the concept of “anything goes”. The perfumes in the Harajuku perfume collection embody the trend of eye-catching, intriguing layers while giving creator Gwen Stefani a platform to further display the lyrics and iconography of her popular albums. Each unique fragrance in the Harajuku perfume line features specially blended notes that encourage free expression and customized layering and is contained within an endearing doll-shaped decanter. Each doll speaks to your individual personality, allowing you to choose which girl matches you. Of course, with each adorable doll containing an even more amazing fragrance, it will be impossible to stay loyal to just one. That’s fine with them, though. They are all friends.

Harajuku Perfume Family

The current limited edition members of the Harajuku perfume family include the “Wicked Style” dolls Music, G, Baby, Love and Angel, as well as Super G and G of the Sea, a precious mermaid doll. The most recent comes along right in time for the fun, sparkly holiday season. Her name is Jingle G, and she is all dressed in a sassy Santa suit, topped with a red satin loop to allow her a new position among the boughs of your Christmas tree. Her scent combines notes of white star fruit, gardenia, tangerine, honeysuckle, orange blossom, jasmine, vanilla, cedarwood and lace benzion tears for a warm, cuddly scent perfect for snowy nights and sneaking kisses.

A lighter but lingeringly sensual fragrance, G of the Sea blends juicy apple, waterlily, crushed berries, freesia, peony, jasmine and musk with the hints of the amberwood and warm afternoon walks through the woods. For a spark of energizing fragrance, Super G in her mask and cape surrounds you with bright notes of tangerine, pineapple, pear, cranberry, banana, coconut, peach, vanilla and raspberry for a musk and cedar wood-laced smoothie of sparkly fun. Angel is the rebel in the Harajuku perfume line and wears a black and white sweater with matching pants.  Angel is a simpler fragrance with the scents of plum, lotus and satin wood that allow each note to shine through individually.

A similarly simple but still delicious scent is Love, wearing her red and white outfit and sporting purple hair, a gentle whiff of nectarine, orangeflower and wood notes. Harajuku’s Wicked Style Baby is just as sweet as the name implies. She wears bright, cheerful clothes and a cute hair style, and blends peach and plumeria with the glow of amber for a scent like kissing the warm cheek of a newborn. The original G in her short green dress and multicolor leggings, brings a fragrance as unique as herself, with notes of fresh green apple, juicy watermelon and raspberry for a cool, refreshing scent that won’t overpower. Dressed in an edgy suit with bright pink hair, Music offers the striking mix of apple, jasmine and cedar wood.

Harajuku perfume is also available in a travel-sized wand adorned with the precious faces of the dolls and in special edition collections that feature multiple fragrances in their own mini rollerball containers, each with the face of their doll on the front.

Ed Hardy Perfume

Ed Hardy Perfume by Christian Audigier for Women Eau de Parfum Spray 1.7 oz – $35.95

Retail Price: $45.95
You Save: $10.00

Christian Audigier is a French fashion designer and entrepreneur who has released the line of Ed Hardy Perfume. His international fame has been credited to his line of clothing inspired by Ed Hardy, the tattoo artist which featured the artists work on the clothing. Once Christian found a niche in the market through Ed Hardy, he didn’t stop at just clothing.

Christian Audigier found himself inspired by American tattoo artist Don Ed Hardy and released this perfume to commemorate his tattoo art in 2008. The bottle itself takes a different approach to visual appeal by using tattoo art to entice the consumer in a market where most perfume bottles are rather elegant and subtle. Although the fragrance comes in a plastic bottle rather than glass and may disappoint on first sight, the scent alone is enough to make up for any loss of faith.

Ed Hardy Perfume: The Scent

This particular perfume combines a woodsy, earth tone with fruity notes of apple, mango, red grapefruit and strawberry. Some have described this scent as being an incredibly fruity floral scent and others have thought that the earth tones show more. It looks as though it is a matter of personal preference for the Ed Hardy perfume. It carries with it a air of a natural, hippy-esque tone, making it a great choice for those close to mother earth. The scent is light as a gentle breeze and not overpowering at all.

Online reviews for this whole line of perfume are very positive and at the time of its release, it had been sold out of stores for weeks, leaving people on long waiting lists anticipating it. It has since calmed down a bit, but still remains a positive fragrance in the perfume community.

This line of perfumes has been expanded to include lotions and shower gels that are designed to compliment the scent of the perfume.

Ed Hardy Perfume: The Price

The Ed Hardy perfume line can now be found for under $50, most likely due to its plastic packaging, which has left more room for a budget dedicated to the scent itself. The whole set, the perfume with lotion and shower gel accessories, can be found for around $70.

There are packages that can be bought that also carry with them luggage tags and tote bags in the fashion design of Ed Hardy as well. For the different added items that come along with this perfume when you purchase the extras, it is certainly worth the money you are paying.

This Ed Hardy perfume has inspired a long line of Ed Hardy products by designer Christian Adigier and he continues to overwhelm our olfactory sense. This diverse perfume will appeal to an older and younger generation of many different scent preferences since a wide berth of smells are usually attributed to it. Ed Hardy Perfume is certainly worth checking out when you get a chance, you might find it informs the world around you exactly what you’ve been trying to say all this time.

Daisy Perfume by Marc Jacobs

Daisy Perfume by Marc Jacobs for Women Eau De Toilette Spray 3.4 oz

Daisy Perfume by Marc Jacobs was released in 2007 by the developer, Alberto Morillas. This fragrance’s intentions were to bring a younger generation into the Marc Jacobs fold with a youthful and playful scent. Marc Jacobs has been extremely prolific in his career, designing a range of different things to add to your personal collection of fashion. He has not stopped short of the perfume industry and appears to be making a name for himself in it.

Daisy Perfume: The Scent

While Daisy perfume retains a professional quality, it does not come off as sexy but has more of a light and fresh tone to it. The mix is almost what you might find in a lush green field mottled with flowers and foliage under a clear blue sky. Hints of wild strawberry and grapefruit tickle the nose gently as the fragrance is offset with violet leaves. The heart of the scent bursts notes of gardenia, violet and jasmine in a well-blended bottled version of ‘Daisies’. Which is quite extraordinary, since Daisies themselves have hardly any scent at all. The base of musk, white woods and vanilla warms and carefully comforts just slightly enough to be felt.

The scent has imaginatively taken you out of your body and placed you into a field where daisies grow wild. It has done its job in this respect and done it quite well. If it hadn’t been named ‘Daisy’, one wonders if the scent alone would still conjure up the same images and atmosphere that it does.

Daisy Perfume: The Audience

This innocent scent was never meant to become a brand new scent in the field of perfume, as you might tell from the ingredients, but to attract a different audience. It seems to have done the trick.

The target audience for this perfume is approximately 18 – 24 but has been also popular with a few older circles. Although, the scent, lacking the tones of sexuality or seriousness, is almost even appropriate for someone younger than 18. People of all ages are commenting positively on the fragrance and touting it as a instant hit. Customer reviews are fairly positive and the overall reception has been good.

Daisy Perfume: The Price

This perfume comes in various sizes and can be bought for approximately $70 American. You can find it in any cosmetics section or shop online for better deals. Be wary of knock offs and imitations that don’t sell you what you are paying for. Eau De Parfum Daisy perfume can be bought for cheaper, so no matter what your price range, you can walk away smelling like you just spent $100.

Along with Daisy, Marc Jacobs has also another perfume related to the original Daisy perfume. It seems the amount of success has warranted another shot at the fragrance. If the atmosphere you are looking for is playful, innocent, youthful and vibrant, this perfume has been developed with you in mind. They have stated that they wanted something that is completely accessible to the target audience, they’ve done just that with Daisy Perfume.
